I understand this only effects approximately 100 people, but I needed to make a public announcement as soon as we fully understood the error.
We have morning and evening deliveries, at it varies depending on employee schedules.
Yesterday around 4:45 our parcels were brought to a facility that misscanned them in ‘Delivery’ mode. This means that when you look at your tracking from an order made yesterday between 8am and 3pm, it likely says delivered.
We have been assured that they will all correctly rescan when they land in their destination cities.
